At Stitches of Margot, I take great pride in offering timeless, carefully selected pieces. If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined here.


30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note:

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • All returns must be approved before shipping — unapproved returns will not be accepted

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

I carefully inspect each order before it leaves the warehouse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@stitchesofmargot.com. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids


EXCHANGES

At this time, I do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.


REFUNDS & PARTIAL REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered — allowing you to keep the item while still receiving compensation for any inconvenience.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact me directly.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • All approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in China
    (Return address will be provided after approval)
