1. Fashion Designer (Full-Time)

As a fashion designer, you’ll help shape our final collection — a farewell rooted in elegance and purpose.

What you’ll do:

  • Design pieces that align with the Stitches of Margot aesthetic: refined, feminine, and timeless

  • Translate trend insights into wearable styles for women 50+

  • Work closely with our small team to bring thoughtful designs to life

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in fashion design

  • A degree in fashion or equivalent experience

  • A gentle eye for detail, and an appreciation for quiet, classic style

2. Customer Care Representative (Part-Time, 2 positions)

You’ll be the warm, reassuring voice behind every order — helping customers feel heard, supported, and at ease.

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and (occasionally) phone

  • Guide women through product questions and order details

  • Handle issues with patience, care, and a personal touch

What you bring:

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • A calm, customer-first attitude

  • Experience with basic CRM tools is a bonus

3. Social Media Specialist (Full-Time)

You’ll help tell our story online — honoring Margot’s legacy and connecting with women who believe in lasting style.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and run thoughtful social media campaigns

  • Create heartfelt content that resonates with our audience (50+, fashion-conscious)

  • Track results and fine-tune strategy as we go

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in fashion or storytelling

  • A strong sense of aesthetics and tone

  • Comfort with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
